Our human world society has certainly betrayed the foundations on which is based. I have not problem visualizing what Presidents George Washington and Thomas Jefferson would have thought of this. It seems even those who didn't always agree with these two - Presidents John Adams, James Madison, Alexander Hamilton would have agreed that the great ongoing experiment of the United States has currently fallen to tyranny. Throwing tea into the waterways is unlikely to move people. Perhaps tossing our cell phones and computers into the waterways might? Doubtful if sending illegal immigrants to Northern Wasp cities will do much. Stand against these tyrants - they will lose.

You didn't add what happened in 1789 in France when the ruler lost his legitimacy! Or what the American colonies did when the English rulers lost their status!

Are the civilised uneducated uninformed peoples of the western democracies really going to follow their ancestors' examples and rise up?

I suspect not. Most people will just go along to get along. Getting poorer and unhappier as they go. Maybe they will rise up when they are in rags, freezing and starving?

There is, perhaps, a silver lining to all this: as with Trudeau’s action against supporters of the truckers, this little flourish of tyranny serves to alert free peoples of what is in store if we remain apathetic

Aye, but I'm sorry to say that my own view is that the human rights regime has already fallen (forgive the sci-fi overtones; a sugar-coating to appeal to my usual audience):

I have Agamben's latest in my in-tray, and hope to get to it soon.

Thank you for all that you do!

Banks in EU countries have stopped allowing payments to some 3rd world countries by individuals.

In the last few months since November 2021 I and others have had clients from countries like Finland and Sweden who found they could not pay their bills. We helped them find loopholes like Western Union and WorldRemit to make payments to our business accounts. But in recent weeks those avenues have been stopped.

Many other individuals working in these countries have had their remittances home blocked creating untold hardship to their families who depend on those payments.

Affected countries that I have identified are South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia and many others.

The weaponisation of money has begun and indiscriminately affects many poor individuals.

The positive is the re-energising of self sufficiency as more of the younger generation enter small scale family run farming (smallholdings). Another positive is that a greater number of them are returning to G*d. Perhaps because the Devil can’t hide his existence any longer.

Living like the Slaves of Louisiana (Apologies, Only researched that state’s old historical rules) and the feudal serfs survived. Bartering and selling small wares to survive. These slaves were allowed small plots of land to grow their own crops to sell at their own markets. If our GloboCap owners get their way will they allow us to keep our plots?

In Britain the biggest danger to this alternative lifestyle will be Natura 2000: Areas of outstanding beauty or Sites of Scientific Interests (best forget you saw that Great Crested Newt of greater importance then humans). The EU marked out most of Essex Suffolk Kent and Sussex coastal regions for Natura 2000 sites. Areas for the birds not people. A vision of Agenda 2030 with humans merely another spoke in nature equal but no better then the newt in significance.

A plan to remove land from farming as in reclaimed Dutch Land farmed by the same families for generations? In my village the three largest farms are such as these.

And yesterday the announcement that planning will be relaxed to remove even more growing land for bird killing wind turbines.

I suppose we are all now living under that Chinese Curse ‘May you live in interesting times’. Very true.
