Fordham president Tania Tetlow has betrayed the very values her university is based on. The strong opposition by a growing number of students and their parents may however be an indication of hope.
I just received a press release from Fordham Together:
New York, NY - The Mermigis Law Group today served a Demand Letter to Fordham President Tania Tetlow to immediately rescind the school’s new bivalent booster mandate.
Mermigis Law Group last month won a precedent-setting case against the NYPD which had fired 36 officers in July for not complying with its mandate. Other recent rulings include the September Police Benevolent Association victory over New York City, ruled to have “overstepped its bounds by firing police officers” and ordering they be given their jobs back.
“It is a violation of federal law to mandate receipt of a product that is only available pursuant to a EUA.,” the letter states with regard to the new bivalent booster.
One of the worst things is when a party is behaving unethically and illogically, yet they offer up ethics and logic as their justification, no matter how false.
A close philosophical friend of mine works for Fordham - she was able to get a religious exemption under the old regime there... I dread to think what this means for her. I'd better go check in with her right now...
Well stated. What a disgrace. An institution that should not only know better, but should be an example and leader is now putting students and faculty unnecessarily at risk. Time to take a stand and transfer to Florida.
I am truly hoping this horrible approval by of FDA to jab the wee ones is the final straw that breaks the camel’s back for the entire scam & it all goes up in flames for all of us. In addition to mandatory WuFlu shots, making flu shots compulsory for children & young people would filter up & be just the start of everything else they’d start mandating to be injected or swallowed or inhaled. The lies & attempted cover-ups in the face of scientific evidence of terrible damage & death just get more & more absurd. Please let the lawsuits begin!

When Tania Tetlow is charged with Gross Negligence Manslaughter after the first student dies of post jab complications she will understand true fear.
